AN EXAMPLE CLASS
WARM - UP - approx 5 minutes of dynamic stretching, light cardio and exercise prep
STRENGTH - approx 20 minutes working to prescribed sets and reps to build up the weight and progress strength over time
ACCESSORY WORK or SKILL work - 8-10 minutes focussed work on one key area such as core strength or a gymnastic skill
CONDITIONING - where you get hot and sweaty! It might be a 3 minute all out sprint or a 22 minute longer workout and it changes every day.
OUR FACILITIES
Our 2,200 sq ft gym located between Wetherby and Boston Spa is well equipped for functional fitness. We have a range of Concept 2 machines, assault bike, custom rig with 15 ft ropes, squat stations and rings as well as olympic bars & bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and boxes.
We also have multiple gym dogs for extra motivational licks (fully optional) when needed!
